This policy is prepared with Google Play User Data and Data Safety requirements, and the core transparency principles of KVKK/GDPR, in mind. The Data Safety answers in Play Console should remain consistent with this policy.
1. Scope
This policy explains how personal data is processed in the WAYG - Where Are You Going mobile app, website, support channels, and related services. DGN Labs is the WAYG brand operated by the account holder/developer declared in Google Play Console.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, Google sign-in data, and authentication status.
- Profile data: city, short bio, and profile photo if selected by the user.
- Travel data: saved plans, favorites, route preferences, currency, and language preferences.
- Community content: reviews, ratings, topics, and replies.
- Technical and advertising data: device, app version, advertising ID, IP/request logs, connectivity checks, debugging information, ad delivery, measurement, and basic security logs.
- Support data: information the user shares in support emails.

4. Why we use data
We use data to create accounts, enable login, store plans in the cloud, maintain community safety, deliver and measure ads, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
5. Third-party services
WAYG may use Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Vercel, OpenAI API, Google technical endpoints for connectivity checks, similar AI/infrastructure providers, and email/support tools where necessary. These services may process data under their own privacy terms and data processing agreements.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary for legal obligations, security, infrastructure, or fulfilling a user request.
7. International transfers
Firebase/Google, Vercel, and similar cloud providers may use servers outside Turkey or the European Economic Area. Personal data may therefore be transferred abroad for service delivery and security. Where required, explicit consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, or applicable data transfer mechanisms are used.
8. Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service. To request account and data deletion, use the Account and Data Deletion page.
9. Children
WAYG is not directed to children. If you are below the digital consent age in your country, do not use the app without permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child's data has been processed by mistake, contact us to request deletion.
10. AI and travel information
WAYG AI and cost estimates are informational. Visa, passport, health, safety, flight, accommodation, and price information may change. Before making official decisions, check consulates, airlines, public authorities, and service providers.
11. Security
Data is protected through Firebase security rules, authentication, access controls, and HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security; report suspicious activity to support@dgnlabs.app.
12. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to processing, restrict processing, data portability, and request information about your data. For KVKK-specific details, see the KVKK Disclosure Notice. For requests, contact support@dgnlabs.app.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated. For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or email. The latest version is the text published on this page.

Bu politika, Google Play User Data ve Data Safety gereklilikleri ile KVKK/GDPR temel seffaflik prensipleri dikkate alinarak hazirlanmistir. Play Console'daki Data Safety cevaplari bu politika ile tutarli tutulmalidir.
1. Kapsam
Bu politika WAYG - Where Are You Going mobil uygulamasi, web sitesi, destek kanallari ve ilgili hizmetlerde kisisel verilerin nasil islendiginin ozetidir. DGN Labs, Google Play gelistirici hesabinda bildirilen hesap sahibi/gelistirici tarafindan isletilen WAYG markasidir.
2. Topladigimiz veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta, gorunen ad, Google ile giris bilgileri ve kimlik dogrulama durumu.
- Profil bilgileri: sehir, kisa bio ve kullanici tarafindan secilirse profil fotografi.
- Seyahat verileri: kaydedilen planlar, favoriler, rota tercihleri, para birimi ve dil tercihleri.
- Topluluk icerigi: yorumlar, puanlar, konu ve cevaplar.
- Teknik ve reklam verileri: cihaz, uygulama surumu, reklam kimligi, IP/istek kayitlari, baglanti sagligi kontrolleri, hata ayiklama, reklam gosterimi ve guvenlik amacli temel kayit bilgileri.
- Destek verileri: kullanici tarafindan destek e-postalarinda paylasilan bilgiler.

4. Verileri neden kullaniyoruz?
Verileri hesap olusturma, oturum acma, planlari bulutta saklama, topluluk guvenligini saglama, reklam gosterimi/olcumu, destek taleplerini cevaplama ve hizmeti iyilestirme amaclariyla kullaniriz.
5. Ucuncu taraf hizmetler
WAYG; Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Vercel, OpenAI API, baglanti sagligi icin Google teknik uc noktalari veya benzeri AI/altyapi servisleri ve gerekli oldugunda e-posta/destek araclari gibi hizmetlerden yararlanabilir. Bu hizmetler verileri kendi gizlilik kosullarina ve veri isleme sozlesmelerine gore isleyebilir.
6. Paylasim
Kisisel verileri satmayiz. Veriler; yasal zorunluluklar, guvenlik, altyapi saglama veya kullanici talebini yerine getirme icin gerekli oldugunda ilgili hizmet saglayicilarla paylasilabilir.
7. Yurt disi aktarim
Firebase/Google, Vercel ve benzeri bulut servisleri Turkiye veya Avrupa Ekonomik Alani disinda sunucular kullanabilir. Bu nedenle kisisel veriler, hizmetin saglanmasi ve guvenligi icin yurt disina aktarilabilir. Gerekli durumlarda acik riza, sozlesmenin ifasi, mesru menfaat veya ilgili veri koruma mevzuatindaki aktarim mekanizmalari esas alinir.
8. Saklama ve silme
Veriler hizmetin sunulmasi icin gerekli sure boyunca saklanir. Hesap ve veri silme talebi icin Hesap ve Veri Silme sayfasini kullanabilirsiniz.
9. Cocuklar
WAYG cocuklara yonelik bir uygulama degildir. Bulundugunuz ulkedeki dijital riza yasinin altindaysaniz uygulamayi veli/vasinin izni olmadan kullanmayin. Cocuklara ait verilerin yanlislikla islendigi dusunuluyorsa silme talebi icin bize yazilmalidir.
10. AI ve seyahat bilgisi
WAYG AI ve maliyet tahminleri bilgilendirme amaclidir. Vize, pasaport, saglik, guvenlik, ucus, konaklama veya fiyat bilgileri degisebilir. Resmi kararlar oncesinde konsolosluk, havayolu, kamu kurumu ve hizmet saglayici kaynaklari kontrol edilmelidir.
11. Guvenlik
Veriler Firebase guvenlik kurallari, kimlik dogrulama, erisim sinirlari ve HTTPS uzerinden korunur. Hicbir sistem mutlak guvenlik garantisi veremez; supheli durumlari support@dgnlabs.app adresine bildirin.
12. Haklariniz
Verilerinize erisim, duzeltme, silme, isleme itiraz, isleme kisitlama, veri tasinabilirligi ve bilgi talep etme haklariniz olabilir. KVKK kapsamindaki detaylar icin KVKK Aydinlatma Metni sayfasina bakabilirsiniz. Talepler icin support@dgnlabs.app adresine yazabilirsiniz.
13. Degisiklikler
Bu politika guncellenebilir. Onemli degisikliklerde uygulama, web sitesi veya e-posta uzerinden bildirim yapilabilir. En guncel metin bu sayfada yayimlanan metindir.
