This page is the external account/data deletion resource required for Google Play. You can also start the process in the app from Profile > Password and security > Permanently delete account.
The official URL is https://www.waygtravelplanner.com/legal/data-deletion.html. Short paths such as /data-deletion and /account-deletion also point here.
1. How to request deletion
To delete your WAYG account and related data, use the in-app deletion button or email support@dgnlabs.app with the subject "WAYG Account and Data Deletion Request".
2. What to include
- The email address linked to your WAYG account.
- Your request: delete account, delete specific data, or request a copy of data.
- A reachable email address if identity verification is needed.
3. What is deleted
Account profile, saved plans, favorites and user-linked app data are deleted or anonymized. Community content linked to the user may be removed or anonymized where supported.
4. What may be retained
Records required for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention or security investigations may be retained for the required period. Retained data is kept limited and is not used for active service personalization.
5. Timing
Verified deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days unless legal retention, security review or identity verification requires more time.
6. Reversal
After deletion is completed, some data may not be recoverable. Check whether your saved plans are still needed before submitting a deletion request.

1. Silme talebi nasil gonderilir?
Hesabinizi ve iliskili WAYG verilerinizi silmek icin uygulama icindeki silme butonunu kullanin veya support@dgnlabs.app adresine "WAYG Hesap ve Veri Silme Talebi" konu basligi ile yazin.
2. E-postada ne olmali?
- WAYG hesabinizla iliskili e-posta adresi.
- Talebiniz: hesap silme, belirli verileri silme veya veri kopyasi isteme.
- Gerekirse kimlik dogrulama icin cevap verebileceginiz bir iletisim adresi.
3. Hangi veriler silinir?
Hesap profili, kayitli planlar, favoriler ve kullaniciya bagli uygulama verileri silinir veya anonimlestirilir. Kullaniciya bagli topluluk icerikleri desteklenen yerlerde kaldirilabilir veya anonimlestirilebilir.
4. Hangi veriler saklanabilir?
Yasal saklama yukumlulukleri, uyusmazliklar, kotuye kullanim onleme ve guvenlik ihlali incelemeleri icin gerekli kayitlar gerekli sure boyunca saklanabilir. Bu veriler sinirli tutulur ve aktif hizmet kisisellestirmesi icin kullanilmaz.
5. Sure
Dogrulanmis silme talepleri, yasal saklama, guvenlik incelemesi veya kimlik dogrulama nedeniyle ek sure gerekmedikce genellikle 30 gun icinde tamamlanir.
6. Geri alma
Silme islemi tamamlandiktan sonra bazi veriler geri getirilemeyebilir. Silme talebini gondermeden once kayitli planlarinizin sizin icin gerekli olup olmadigini kontrol edin.
