Terms of Use

By using WAYG, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and applicable community rules.

1. Service

WAYG provides travel budget estimates, route comparison, saved plans, community reviews, and AI-supported travel ideas. The information is for guidance only and is not an official guarantee for visas, flights, health, safety, or prices.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, password security, and actions performed through your account. If you notice suspicious access, change your password and notify us. To create an account, you must meet the digital service age requirements in your country and the applicable Google Play account terms.

3. User commitments

You agree to use WAYG lawfully, in good faith, and in line with these terms. You also agree not to treat information and estimates in the app as your only decision source, and to verify travel details through official sources before traveling.

4. Acceptable use

WAYG may not be used for illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, spam, security vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized use of another person's data.

5. Content

Comments, photos, topics, and replies added by users are the responsibility of the user who adds them. DGN Labs may remove content or restrict accounts for security, legal compliance, or community quality.

6. Intellectual property

The WAYG name, logo, design, software, data structure, and app experience belong to DGN Labs or its licensors. You receive only a personal, non-transferable, limited right to use the service. Copying, reselling, unauthorized reverse engineering, or commercial misuse of the app is prohibited.

7. Pricing and ads

The current version is free to use unless a separate paid feature is clearly introduced. WAYG may show ads through Google AdMob. Google Play Billing, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are not active unless separately stated in the app and store listing.

8. Third-party services

Third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Firebase, Google AdMob, Vercel, external APIs, and AI services are subject to their own terms. Service interruptions, pricing changes, or data freshness in those services may not be fully under DGN Labs' control.

9. Limitation of liability

WAYG estimates may rely on third-party sources, general assumptions, and user inputs. The app is provided "as is". Subject to mandatory consumer rights, DGN Labs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, travel cancellation, price changes, missing official documents, or losses caused by the user's failure to verify information through official sources.

10. Suspension and termination

If these terms, community rules, or the law are violated, content may be removed, account features may be restricted, or service access may be suspended. Users can start an account deletion request from the Account and Data Deletion page.

11. Applicable law and mandatory rights

Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights may vary depending on your country. Nothing in these terms should be interpreted as removing non-waivable rights granted by applicable law.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. For significant changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or email.
